‘I absolutely love teaching in Reception and feel honoured to be welcoming our youngest children into our school. My role is to encourage and nurture their first steps on their education journey. As a keen musician and singer, I often incorporate songs and music in my lessons and love witnessing children gain confidence and self-esteem as they improve their skills. I am a creative person and often use arts, craft and construction activities to develop children’s fine motor and critical thinking skills. I love reading and books and enjoy sharing this passion with the children in my class by basing our learning projects on high quality books and stories.’
