Admissions

We are a community based Church of England primary school offering education to children aged between four and eleven years of age.
Our school is committed to inclusion and to serving the needs of the children in the local community.
Destination schools include Bishop Wordsworth's School, South Wilts Grammar School, Test Valley School, The Romsey School, as well as Salisbury Cathedral School and Chafyn Grove School.

How to apply

We can offer families two methods of entry, ‘Reception Year’ entry for 2023 and ‘In Year’ entry.
To apply via Reception Year entry applications are made through the Hampshire County Council admissions and allocation process.
However, In Year Entry applications are made direct to the school, and the school arranges all of the paperwork relating to the change of school.
For both application types, we warmly welcome you to visit the school, to see us in action and experience our learning environment. Our Head, Mrs Lucy Macey, would be pleased to show you around.

Our Admissions Policy

The school has set its admissions policy in line with Hampshire County Council’s overarching policy and timetable.

If you are interested in making an application to our school you are very welcome to visit us.

Please call the school office on 01794 340338 to make an appointment to be shown around and experience our small school.

September 2023 Entry for Reception Year

Every year we admit 15 children to our Reception Class, so we would strongly advise you to apply early to ensure that you are offered a place at our school.
